DOC address e-skills challenge
The Department of Communications (DoC) last week held a collaborative workshop with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to address the e-skills challenge in SA. The departmeent says it has set itself a target of being a global leader in the use of ICT tools for socio-economic development.
